Customers are solely responsible for their final fittings. If the garment does not fit as expected, we are not liable for any adjustments or alterations required after delivery.

Please note that all sales are final for custom garments, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Due to the delicate nature of hand-embroidered and handcrafted garments, slight variations in embroidery, beadwork, and color may occur compared to the images displayed on our website. These variations are a natural characteristic of custom and artisanal creations and are not considered defects.

Beadwork and embellishments are delicate and may loosen or fall off over time due to wear and tear. We are not responsible for repairs or replacements once the garment has been purchased.

3. Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.

If an order does not arrive on time due to shipping delays, we cannot be held responsible.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees that may be incurred during the shipping process. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the customer directly to the appropriate authorities.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products, including custom garments and ready-made outfits.
